18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

All models, actors, actresses and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained on Fet.bio were over eighteen (18) years of age at the time of the creation of such depictions.

Fet.bio is not the primary producer of the content uploaded to this website. All content uploaded by users is user-generated content. With respect to user-uploaded content, Testcompany Ltd. is not the primary producer as defined in 28 C.F.R. 75.1(c)(2).

Records required to be maintained pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are kept by the individual content creators (Creators) who upload content to Fet.bio. Creators are required, as a condition of using Fet.bio, to: (a) certify that all performers appearing in their content are 18 years of age or older; (b) maintain the required records; and (c) provide Fet.bio with access to those records upon request.

By agreeing to our Terms of Service, each Creator explicitly warrants that:

1. All performers depicted in any content they upload to Fet.bio are adults aged 18 years or older;

2. They have obtained and maintain on file written consent from each performer;

3. They maintain all records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and its implementing regulations; and

4. They will make such records available upon request by Fet.bio or authorised law enforcement agencies.

Fet.bio has a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any content depicting minors in a sexual context is strictly prohibited and will be immediately removed and reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement authorities.
