Affiliate & Referral Programme Terms

1. Introduction
Fet.bio operates an Affiliate & Referral Programme ("Programme") that allows eligible Users ("Referring Users") to earn commissions by referring new Creators or Fans to Fet.bio. Participation in the Programme is subject to these terms, which form part of the Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility
To participate in the Programme, you must:

  1. Be a registered User of Fet.bio in good standing;

  2. Be at least 18 years of age;

  3. Comply at all times with these Programme terms and the main Terms of Service; and

  4. Not be in breach of any applicable laws or regulations.

3. How the Programme Works
When you join the Programme, you will receive a unique referral link. You earn a commission when a person who has not previously registered on Fet.bio clicks your referral link, creates an account, and either subscribes as a Fan or earns revenue as a Creator, according to the commission structure set out on the Programme dashboard.

4. Commission Structure
Commission rates and payment structures are set out in the Programme dashboard and may be updated from time to time. Fet.bio reserves the right to change commission rates with 30 days' written notice to Referring Users.

5. Payment
Commissions are credited to your Fet.bio account balance and are subject to the minimum payout threshold and payment terms set out in your account settings. We reserve the right to withhold commissions where we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.

6. Prohibited Promotion Methods
The following methods of promotion are strictly prohibited:

  1. Spam, unsolicited email or message campaigns;

  2. Misleading, false or deceptive advertising;

  3. Cookie stuffing or other fraudulent traffic generation techniques;

  4. Promotion on websites or platforms containing illegal content;

  5. Any promotion that violates applicable advertising laws or platform policies;

  6. Self-referrals (referring yourself using a secondary account).

7. Termination
Fet.bio reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Programme at any time if you breach these terms or the main Terms of Service. Accrued commissions will be paid out subject to verification, unless they were generated by fraudulent or abusive activity.

8. Tax
You are responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on commissions you receive. Fet.bio may be required to collect tax information from you and withhold taxes in accordance with applicable law.

9. No Guarantee of Earnings
Fet.bio makes no representations or guarantees regarding the level of commissions you will earn through the Programme. Actual earnings will depend on your promotional activities and the behaviour of referred Users.
