Billing & Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Billing & Refund Policy explains how payments are processed on Fet.bio and sets out your rights regarding refunds. It supplements the relevant sections of our Terms of Service.

2. Fan Payments

  1. Subscriptions: Monthly subscription fees are charged in advance and automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. The exact renewal date is displayed in your account settings.

  2. Pay-Per-View & Tips: Pay-per-view purchases and tips are charged immediately at the time of the transaction.

  3. Wallet: You may pre-load funds into your account wallet. Wallet balances are non-refundable and are subject to the wallet limits displayed in your account settings.

  4. Pricing: All prices on Fet.bio are displayed in USD or EUR and are set by Creators (for subscriptions and pay-per-view) or by you (for tips). Prices exclude VAT where applicable.

  5. VAT & Taxes: Where required by applicable law, VAT or other applicable taxes will be added to the displayed price at the applicable rate. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your card issuer or bank.

3. Cancellation

  1. You may cancel a subscription at any time by disabling the "Auto-Renew" toggle on the relevant Creator's profile page.

  2. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not receive a partial refund for the unused portion of the subscription period.

  3. Cancellation of a subscription does not affect any pay-per-view purchases or tips already made.

4. Refund Policy

  1. Subscriptions: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced. Exceptions may apply where a Creator's account is suspended or terminated by Fet.bio during the subscription period.

  2. Pay-Per-View & Tips: Payments for pay-per-view content and tips are non-refundable once made.

  3. Wallet Balance: Pre-loaded wallet balances are non-refundable.

  4. Exceptional Circumstances: We may, in our sole discretion, issue a refund if: (a) you were charged in error; (b) the content you paid to access was not delivered due to a technical fault attributable to Fet.bio; or (c) we determine that a refund is warranted under applicable consumer protection law.

5. EU & UK Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a right of withdrawal within 14 days of a purchase, unless you have expressly consented to immediate access to digital content and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By proceeding with an immediate purchase on Fet.bio, you confirm your consent to immediate access and your acknowledgement that this forfeits your right of withdrawal.

6. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at test@fet.bio before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. Unjustified chargebacks may result in the suspension or termination of your account. We will investigate all reported disputes promptly and in good faith.

7. Payment Methods
We accept payment via credit card and debit card, subject to the card types accepted by our payment processors from time to time. Your payment card details are processed by our third-party payment service provider and are not stored by Fet.bio.
