International Compliance Addendum

This International Compliance Addendum applies to Users accessing Fet.bio from jurisdictions outside the United States. It supplements the Terms of Service and provides jurisdiction-specific information.

1. General
Fet.bio is operated by Testcompany Ltd. (Test Street 1, 12345 Testcity, Testcountry). We comply with applicable laws in the jurisdictions where our services are accessible. If local law in your jurisdiction prohibits access to adult content platforms, you are not permitted to use Fet.bio.

2. European Union

  1. DSA Compliance: Our DSA compliance measures are set out in our DSA & AVMSD Policy.

  2. GDPR: We process personal data of EU residents in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). EU Users may exercise their rights under the GDPR by contacting test@fet.bio.

  3. Right to Lodge a Complaint: EU Users have the right to lodge a complaint with their national supervisory authority.

  4. Applicable Payment Services Directive: Payment processing complies with applicable EU Payment Services Directive (PSD2) requirements.

3. Canada
Canadian Users' personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws. To exercise rights under PIPEDA, contact test@fet.bio.

4. Australia
Australian Users' personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. To exercise your rights, contact test@fet.bio. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

5. Brazil
Users in Brazil have rights under the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD). To exercise your rights, contact test@fet.bio.

6. Export Controls
Fet.bio complies with applicable export control laws and regulations. Our services are not available to persons in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive US, EU or UN sanctions.

7. Restricted Jurisdictions
Access to Fet.bio may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions by local law. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using Fet.bio is lawful in your jurisdiction.
