Zero Tolerance Policy

Fet.bio operates a strict Zero Tolerance Policy with respect to the following categories of content and behaviour. Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

1. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Fet.bio has an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward any content that sexually exploits or depicts minors (persons under 18 years of age). This includes:

  1. Any image, video or other material depicting a minor in a sexual context, whether real or simulated;

  2. Content that in any way promotes, normalises or glorifies the sexual exploitation of minors;

  3. Content that could be used for the grooming of minors.

Any content suspected of constituting CSAM will be immediately removed and reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline, and to appropriate law enforcement authorities, in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.

2. Non-Consensual Content
We do not permit any content depicting real persons engaged in sexual activity without their explicit, prior and informed consent. This includes:

  1. "Revenge pornography" or non-consensual intimate images (NCII);

  2. Content obtained through voyeurism, hidden cameras or other covert recording methods;

  3. Digitally manipulated content ("deepfakes") that depicts real persons in sexual situations without their consent.

3. Human Trafficking and Exploitation
We prohibit any content that promotes, facilitates or depicts human trafficking, sexual slavery or the non-consensual exploitation of persons.

4. Violence
We prohibit non-consensual depictions of violence, including but not limited to real acts of violence against any person, depictions of rape or sexual assault, and torture.

5. Reporting
If you encounter any content on Fet.bio that you believe violates this Zero Tolerance Policy, please report it immediately by:

  1. Using the "Report" button on the relevant content or profile; or

  2. Contacting us directly at test@fet.bio with the URL of the content and a description of your concern.

We will review all reports promptly and take appropriate action, which may include immediate content removal, account suspension and reporting to authorities.

6. Enforcement
Users found to have uploaded, shared or otherwise distributed content prohibited under this Policy will have their accounts immediately suspended or terminated, will forfeit any outstanding Creator Earnings, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
