Digital Services Act (DSA) & Audiovisual Media Services Directive (AVMSD) Compliance
1. Overview
Fet.bio, operated by Testcompany Ltd., is committed to complying with the European Union's Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, "DSA") and the Audiovisual Media Services Directive (Directive 2018/1808/EU, "AVMSD"), as transposed into applicable national laws, to the extent they apply to our services.
2. Content Moderation
We take active steps to detect, remove and disable access to illegal content on Fet.bio. These include:
Automated detection tools to identify potentially illegal or policy-violating content;
Human moderation review for flagged content;
User reporting mechanisms that allow any user to flag potentially illegal content;
Expeditious action upon receiving valid notices of illegal content.
3. Reporting Illegal Content (DSA Article 16)
If you encounter content on Fet.bio that you believe is illegal under the laws of an EU member state or the United Kingdom, you may report it to us at test@fet.bio. Your report should include:
A description of the allegedly illegal content;
The location (URL) of the content;
Your reasons for believing the content is illegal;
Your contact information (optional, but helpful for follow-up).
We will process your report without undue delay and notify you of the outcome where technically feasible.
4. Protection of Minors (AVMSD & DSA)
Fet.bio contains content suitable only for adults. We take the following measures to protect minors from accessing adult content:
Age verification at the point of account registration;
Identity verification for Creators prior to publishing content;
Mandatory confirmation that users are 18 or older before accessing explicit content;
Immediate removal of any content that depicts or targets minors.
5. Transparency Reporting
In accordance with DSA obligations applicable to our size and role, Fet.bio publishes transparency information about content moderation decisions. Contact test@fet.bio for further details on our reporting practices.
6. Out-of-Court Dispute Settlement (DSA Article 21)
If you disagree with a content moderation decision made by Fet.bio, you may first contact us at test@fet.bio to request an internal review. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may refer the matter to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body pursuant to DSA Article 21.
